Sonanz Complaints Mechanism

Sonanz has implemented a complaints mechanism which allows external parties to file a complaint concerning companies and funds funded by us. This ensures the right to be heard for complainants who feel affected by a Sonanz investee to resolve disputes and assist Sonanz in drawing lessons learned for current and future operations.

If you are experiencing serious irregularities or have evidence of a potential breach of laws, regulations and international standards by one of our investees please let us know.

Please include the following information in your email:
  • Your name and contact details
  • Name of the Sonanz investee concerned
  • Nature of the complaint
Sonanz will ensure that your identity will not be disclosed without your explicit consent.

What happens after your complaint is filed?
Your complaint will be received by the Sonanz team members including Andreas Nilsson and Nina Freudenberg.

We will investigate the complaint and will progress it as quickly as possible. As much as we can, we will keep you informed of our investigations. Once we have completed the investigation, you will be provided with a summary of the outcome, in so far as we are permitted to by law and/or confidentiality obligations.
